This website

• No accounts, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it records the page, referrer, country, device type and browser family, and no personal profile is built. It sets no cookie and does not follow you across sites.
• The ROI calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or stored.
• The contact form sends us what you enter — your name, email, organization, and message — so we can reply. We don’t sell or share it. Please don’t include patient information; this is not a secure channel for PHI.
• Fonts are served from our own domain, not a third-party font network.

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies of its own: no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no session cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner; there is nothing to consent to.

• Accessibility settings. If you change text size, contrast, spacing, font, cursor or animation in the accessibility panel, those choices are saved in your browser’s local storage (key duewell.a11y.v1) so they persist on your next visit. They never leave your device, contain no personal data, and are removed when you press “Reset all” or clear your browser data.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running. They are retained briefly and not used to build profiles.
• Contact form. The form on the contact page composes an email in your own mail application; we receive only what you choose to send.

Page-view counting is done by Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate-only, as described above.

The DueWell platform

When a provider engages DueWell, DueWell acts as that provider’s business associate under HIPAA. Protected health information is handled only under a signed Business Associate Agreement, only for the services in that agreement, and only within that provider’s own isolated deployment. Subcontractors that touch PHI are under their own BAAs. Patients’ rights regarding their information run through their provider, the covered entity; DueWell supports those requests on the provider’s behalf.

Patient communications honor opt-out requests immediately across every channel and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable state law.

Information collected through this website is limited to what you submit voluntarily. You may request access to or deletion of it by emailing privacy@duewell.io. We do not sell personal information.
